  1. First, take the diced vegetables and marinate them with Balsamic Vinegar, Italian Herbs, Honey, Salt and pepper.
  2. After half an hour of marination, stick them into the skewers. Alternatively, you can use the griddle pan.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the vegetables till they become slightly charred on all the sides.
