Balsamic Vinegar


Solasz balsamic vinegar is made from Trebbiano grape juice and used as a condiment. Our balsamic vinegar uses selected cooked grape must that is enriched by a long maturation in the new vinegar plant in Bastiglia, in the province of Modena.
The dark brown colour with reddish reflections and sweet and sour taste with balanced and refreshing with fruity notes goes excellently with red meat, roasts, grana cheese, risotto, ice cream and berries.

1.TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR: Solasz Balsamic Vinegar is made using the traditional method of Modena. The juice of local Trebbiano grapes is boiled down to a sweet syrup, preserving much of its sweetness throughout. This syrup is then left to age in barrels to richen the flavour, aroma, and taste.
2.MODERATELY ACIDIC: This thick balsamic vinegar is 6% acidic that helps to reduce acidity and heartburn. This thick aged balsamic vinegar can also help to encourage circulation by preventing platelet build-up in blood vessels.
